Recipe 1 (Raw mango) (Sugar) (Cinnamon stick)

Recipe 2 (Raw mango) (Sugar) (Red Chili Flakes) (Salt) (poppy seeds) (Nigella seed)

Method 1 How to make keri ki methi chutney

Wash the raw mango and dry them with tissue paper and peel the skin using a sharp knife (carefully) and cut the mango into slices. Discard the mango seed.

In a pot, add ghee, when the ghee is hot add cinnamon stick and fry for a few minutes.

Add raw mangoes and fry for 3 minutes till raw mangoes are lightly golden.

Now add sugar and mix well cover and cook for 15 minutes check-in between.

And serve with bread.

Method 2 How to make keri ki methi chutney

Wash the raw mango and dry them with tissue paper peel the skin using a sharp knife (carefully) and cut the mango into slices. Discard the mango seed.

In a pot, add ghee let it melt, add poppy seeds, Nigella seed, and fry for a few minutes.

Add raw mangoes and fry for 3 minutes till raw mangoes are light golden in color.

Now add sugar, salt, red chili flakes and mix well cover and cook for 15 minutes check-in between.

And serve with roti.

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon stick 2 ichs
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee

Method 2

  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Poppy seeds,
  • 1/2 Tsp Nigella seeds

  • Now add 1/2 sugar, 1 pinch of salt,1 teaspoon red chili flakes and mix well cover and cook for 15 minutes check in between.
  • And serve with roti.
