This recipe is very popular at Pakistani weddings. This recipe is everyone’s favorite sweet chilled dessert. In this recipe post, I will show you how to make Doodh Dulari on the stovetop with a step-by-step photo here down below.

Doodh Dulari Ingredients

How To Make?

Pour 1-liter of milk into the pot and bring to a boil. Then, when the milk begins to boil, add 8 tablespoons of white sugar.

Stir well until the sugar totally dissolved.

Next, add 1/2 cup of colored vermicelli and stir well and simmer until the colored vermicelli is tender.

Finally, add the dissolved cornflour mixture and whisk well until avoiding lumps. (Dissolved the cornflour in 1/4 cup of cold milk and whisk until smooth paste).

Stir well and cook until the mixture turns thick. Turn off the flame. When is cooled down the mixture kept in the fridge.

Whipped Cream

Pour 200ml fresh cream. (I have used olpers cream). And whisk well using the help of a whisker.

And transfer the prepared mixture into the cream and mix well combined.

Assembling

Take a bowl, add jelly chunks, and prepare the mixture, chocolate chip,gulab jamun and garnish with chopped almond and cherry.

Serve chilled.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 8 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Colored vermicelli
  • 200 Ml Fresh Cream I have Used olpers brand
  • 4 Tbsp Corn Flour Dissolved the cornflour in 1/4 cup of cold milk and whisk until smooth paste.
  • 250 Gram Gulab Jamun Mini Colourful
  • Chopped Almond for garnish
  • Cherry for optional
  • 4 Tbsp Chocolate Chip
  • Jelly As needed
