  • Milk
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Colored Vermicelli
  • Basil Seeds
  • Chocolate Ice-Cream
  • Garnish with sliced Nuts

how to make chocolate falooda recipe

  • Take a glass add 2 tablespoons of basil seeds and 1/2 cup of water and soak until doubled in size.
  • Take a pot, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil, add 1/2 cup of vermicelli and cook until the vermicelli is tender. Once done, then strain immediately and drain all the water. Rinse them in running water and set them aside.
  • In serving glasses, add the 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, then add 2 tablespoons of soaked basil seeds, and then, add 4 tablespoons of colored vermicelli, next add chilled milk according to your glass size.
  • Now, add 2 scoops of the Chocolate Ice-Cream and top it.
  • Garnish the falooda with sliced nuts. And place chocolate pieces.

  • 2 Cups Chilled Milk
  • 6 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Basil Seeds (Tukmaria)
  • 1/2 Cup Coloured Vermicelli (seviyan)
  • Chocolate Ice-Cream
  • sliced Nuts For Garnish
