Gather The Ingredients For Chicken Shawarma
Chicken julienne cut 1 cup
Ginger pasta 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cooking oil 2 tsp
Red chill powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Lemone juice 1 tsp
Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
How Yo Make Shawarma

Preparation
I have uses brady brand shawarma bread.You can uses any brand or homemade shawarma bread in your choice.
Add the following vegetable are used in recipe.
1 medium-sized tomato
2 small capsicum
1 large-sized cucumber
Small cabbage
Shawarma Sauce
In a bowl,add 1/3 cup of mayonnaise,1/4 cup of tomato ketchup,1 tsp of mustard powder and mix until smooth pasta and set aside.
Marinate Chicken
In a mixing bowl, mix together the 1 cup of chicken, ginger paste 1 tsp, garlic paste 1 tsp,2 tbsp of Coriander powder, 1 tbsp of cumin powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder,salt according to your taste,1/4 tsp of yellow food color,soy sauce 1 tsp, lemon juice 1 tsp,1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder,2 tsp of cooking oil and the mixture and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cooked Chicken
Heat 4 tbsp of oil.Add the marinated chicken and fry until the chicken is tender.
Assembling
Heat a non-stick and place the pita bread and cook both sides on low flame until light brown.
When,the pita bread are golden in color then,Spread 1 tbsp of sauce on a pita bread ( Shawarma bread).
Then place the cooked chicken pieces,tomato,cabbage,cucumber,capsicum.
Top with mayonnaise and roll up.Serve immediately.
