Aloo fry Recipe is a delicious, spicy dish from Indian Cuisine. Here I am share with step-by-step pics. Aloo fry recipe uses a far smaller quantity of salt and oil, therefore I think it’s a small amount healthy. This is quick simple and delicious and serves as a side dish with chapati,Dhaba Style Mix Dal (Made with 3 Lentils),Boil Rice.

There are two types of aloo fry.
- Aloo fry
- Aloo Methi Fry

how to make aloo fry
Wash potatoes. peel them and cut them into thin slices. then add into the water. Remove the water from the potato and strain.
Heat 1/2 cup cooking oil.When it is hot enough carefully add sliced potatoes into the hot oil.
Fry the aloo till golden. Remove them to a spatula. To fry the 2 batches in the same method.
Take another non-stick pan to add, fried potatoes,1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes.
Mix and remove the pot from the stove. Serve with Moong Masoor Dal Recipe (Red and Yellow Lentils).

- 1 Tbsp Red chili flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt
