I am so happy to share this sem ki phalli recipe with you today. This is my most favorite that I make it in winter. Whenever I crave Some Desi dish.
This is one of the fastest and most straightforward dishes I make in my food blog.
Need Ingredients
- Sem Ki Phalli
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Coriander Leaves
- Green chili
- Garlic
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Red chili Flakes
- Salt
- Cooking Oil Any brand
How To Make Sem Ki Phalli
Step-by-Step Photos
Heat oil in a metal pot. Add sliced onion and chopped garlic, and fry evenly golden.
Add the sem ki phalli stir-fry for a minute. Lower the flame.
Next, add regular spices powder like 1/2 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon of cumin powder,1 tablespoon of coriander powder, and 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes sauté for half a minute until the masala is coated in phalli very well.
Then remove the potato cubes from the water and add them here, sauté for 1 minute. Do stir in between.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame and stir in between.
When the dish is cooked completely and garnish with green chili and coriander leaves.
Serve this recipe with chapati and side with a combination of Tomato Chutney With Tempering.

- 1/4 Cup Oil Any brand
- 2 Small Onion Sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 2 Small Potatoes Cut into cubes
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp Red chili flakes
- Green chili slit
- Coriander leaves. For garnish
