Pistachio Ice-Cream (Pista Ice-Cream recipe)
Everyone loves Ice-cream of any flavor. This is the pistachio ice cream you will need for summer. They are super easy to make with an electric beater and the taste is so creamy and melts in your mouth.
I am so excited to finally share this summer recipe of pistachio ice cream with you. This is my first frozen dessert recipe on a food blog. There are lots of frozen recipes coming soon this year.
What to serve with pistachio ice cream?
Pista ice cream can be served with a wafer. But I personally like to add with falooda.

How To Make Pista Ice Cream?
In a food processor, grind pistachio down to a coarse.
Pour the cream into a medium bowl and beat for 10 minutes on high flame. using a hand electric beater, beat cream till soft peak.
Now add 1 cup condensed milk and beat for again 3 minutes till soft peaks.
Add a 1 pinch of green food color. This is 100% optional you can skip it.
Mix very well.
Add the coarsely ground pistachio.
Using a spatula and fold the ice cream very well.
Transfer it to a plastic container and spread pistachios and place it in the freezer overnight.
Scoop out, decorate with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.

- 500 Gram Fresh Whip Cream Chili I have used whipy whip brand cream it is amazing and soft peaks perfectly.You can use any brand do you like it.
- 250 Gram Condensed Milk Sweet 1 Cup
- 1 Pinch Green food color
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios
