Wash and cut all the veggies- ridge gourd, onion, green chili,coriander leaves and keep them aside.
Heat,oil,add onion to the pan and fry it on a medium heat for a minutes.
Add chopped garlic to the pan and cook it on low flame for another 1 minutes.
When the onion becomes soft and translucent.
Add the chopped ridge gourd,into the pan and give a nice mix.
Cover the pan and cook it on low flame for another 5-6 minutes. Stir in between if required.
Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until all the moisture has evaporated and is tender,Keep stirring at regular intervals and scraping the bottom of the wok.
Add chopped coriander leaves, green chili and mix them well.
