Lokma
Lokma is my all time favorites, this is my crispy , soft and light Turkish lokma recipe. It comes together in one bowl and coat well with syrup! Recipe includes a how-to video!

- 1/2 +1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar powder
- 1 Tsp Yeast
Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup water
- Ghee for frying
Frying
Heat the oil in a pot,Put the dough in small pieces (you can squeeze it in your hand and take it with a spoon, scrape it with two dessert spoons, put it in a piping bag cut the dough with scissors) into the hot oil and fry until they are golden.
Take them from the oil with a colander and take them out into a strainer.
Making Sugar Syrup
Take sugar,and water in a saucepan and boil over high heat until the sugar dissolves.
After the sugar melts, decrease the flame and simmer for 10 minutes.Set aside to cool down completely.
