Quick and Easy Pakistani Karak chai (strong tea) Recip homemade with minimal ingredients. This Indian karak chai is full of black leaf,sugar and evaporated milk.

  • 4 Tsp Black Tea
  • 2 Cups Filter water
  • 3 Cardamom pods
  • 3 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Evaporated milk

How To Make Karak Chai?

  • In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.Add the black tea to the boiling water and let it steep for a minute.
  • Once the water starts boiling.
  • Now add the sugar and tea into the pan and reduce the heat. Let this simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add the crushed cardamom and let the tea boil for 30 seconds.
  • Add evaporated milk and bring it to boil. Continue this for 5 minutes until the karak tea is a rich caramel color.Using a tea strainer, serve the tea in mugs immediately.
