Beef liver Curry

- 500 Gram Beef liver
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Spring onion (Spring onion is not available you can used onion)
- 4 Medium Tomato
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
- 1/2 Bunch Soya leaves
- 1/4 Cup Cooking oil
How To Cook Beef liver
Add oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized and golden brown, for about 10 minutes.Add 1 tbsp of and cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell gone.
Add the liver and cook for 2-3 minutes until change the color.
Stir in the red chili powder 1 tbsp ,coriander powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp,and and red chili flakes 1 tsp.
Next add, tomatoes, you can use chop or paste Tomato Paste (Homemade Tomato Paste) Mix well and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
When the tomato are soft,add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
Cover and Cook on low Heat until liver is tender.When the liver is tender and oil release from the side.
Add 1/2 cup chop soya leaves Mix and cook until soya cooked.Turn off the heat.
